At Robin Pickens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fabrics and patterns. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and uncut items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fabrics remain clean, uncut, and in original folded condition.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
